I just finished reading Veronika Decides to Die.. and I hated the ending. Don't get me wrong, I love the book until that part.

Some points I've noticed:

1. Feminine worship is a common theme in Paulo Coelho's books - By the River Piedra I Sat Down and Wept and Veronika Decides to Die

2. It can be discerned from his books that Paulo Coelho is a romantic (aaww... I'm just not sure if he's a hopeless one =D)

3. The first Paulo Coelho book I loved and hated was Eleven Minutes. I loved it except for the ending. This (Veronika Decides to Die) is the second (I just have to reiterate this, hehe)
